Issue digital tickets, record damage photos, receive guest requests for their cars as well as take payments on the go. Oobeo Valet provides a reporting dashboard of all activity across all of your parking locations.

FOR VALET MANAGERS
Track employees time cards, manage tip payouts and follow every step of a vehicles history including who touched it and when. Key audits are a breeze with real-time key counts, overnight reports and rate tracking. Your valet manager will love having reviews collected on every visit, letting them know how to fine tune your operation.



FOR EVENT PARKING ATTENDANTS
Take cash or credit card payments in record time at events, tracking all cash and card volumes, provide SMS receipts and payment history for all your team without expensive hardware. You can turn every smartphone into an mPOS (mobile point of sale) device.

Fully configurable, Oobeo can be used with your own payment processing merchant provider or via our partner relationship with Square payments.

Signed me out randomly multiple times a day will not save pictures at random, randomly fills in someone else’s information and you are unable to access pictures after a vehicle is delivered unless you have an admin account. There is pretty much no optimization for this app.

I’ve been using this app for work and I can say it causes a lot of issues, like now, we have over 60 cars in the system but it’s not showing any of them. The app glitches out everyday, the reminders be the wrong number when you click on them. You can take 60 photos but it won’t upload NONE of them. I can go on and on and on literally. WORST APP EVER and the developers need to take hints and READ THEIR REVIEWS.

This app somehow gets worse with each update and any complaints we make just fall on deaf ears. I’d give less stars if it were possible as a rating. Painfully slow, photos for damage disappear, “Remember me” feature for login works 5% of the time. The updates that rollout borderline feel malicious with how blatantly worse the app gets. Terrible. One word review: T-e-r-r-i-b-l-e.

Automatically logs you out after a couple days of signing in and loves charging customers even after putting in the right check out date. It’s also very glitchy.  I don’t ever right reviews, but this app this deserves this review.
