เมื่อเราจ่ายเงินจอง Ooca แล้วคุณหมอยกเลิก เราเข้าใจ มีคำถามค่า 1.เมื่อคุณหมอยกเลิกนัดแล้ว ทำไมใช้โค้ดส่วนลดไม่ได้เดิมไม่ได้ 2.ทำไมคุณหมอยกเลิกค่าทำเนียมOoca แล้วยังคงคิดอยู่ เราไม่เห็นช่องทางคืน 3.ทำไม มีแต่แชตในapp Ooca เพราะรู้สึกว่า ไม่ได้ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหา ไม่มีcall center 4.ทำอย่างไรจึง จะได้รับเงินคืนคะ

แอพดีมาเลยค่ะ ไม่เครียดมากก็สามารถปรึกษาได้นะคะ ไม่จำเป็นเป็นซีมเส้า แต่แค่อยากระบายกับใครสักคนก็สามารถใช้ได้นะ ระบายกับเพื่อนอาจไม่ตอบโจทย์ มาระบายกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญดีกว่า

ถึงเวลานัดแล้วแต่ไม่ได้ยินเสียงฝั่งคุณหมอค่ะแต่หมอได้ยินเราปกติ หมอลองโทรเช็คกับเพื่อนแล้วเพื่อนหมอก็ได้ยินปกตินะคะแต่เราไม่ได้ยิน ไม่รู้ว่าปัญหาเกิดจากอะไรการตั้งค่าของเราก็เช็คแล้วทุกอย่างปกติเลยคิดว่าปัญหามาจากตัวแอปรึเปล่าแต่คนอื่นก็ปกตินะคะ เลยไม่รู้เลยจริงๆว่าปัญหาเกิดจากอะไรสุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้ปรึกษาค่ะ🥹 แต่ตลอดระยะเวลาที่มีปัญหามีจนทดูแลแบบ real time เลยได้ส่วนลดและเวาท์เชอร์คืนเงินมา วันนี้จะลองในไอแพดดูได้ไม่ได้ยังไงจะมีรีวิวอีกทีค่ะ
