ถึงเวลานัดแล้วแต่ไม่ได้ยินเสียงฝั่งคุณหมอค่ะแต่หมอได้ยินเราปกติ หมอลองโทรเช็คกับเพื่อนแล้วเพื่อนหมอก็ได้ยินปกตินะคะแต่เราไม่ได้ยิน ไม่รู้ว่าปัญหาเกิดจากอะไรการตั้งค่าของเราก็เช็คแล้วทุกอย่างปกติเลยคิดว่าปัญหามาจากตัวแอปรึเปล่าแต่คนอื่นก็ปกตินะคะ  เลยไม่รู้เลยจริงๆว่าปัญหาเกิดจากอะไรสุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้ปรึกษาค่ะ🥹 แต่ตลอดระยะเวลาที่มีปัญหามีจนทดูแลแบบ real time เลยได้ส่วนลดและเวาท์เชอร์คืนเงินมา วันนี้จะลองในไอแพดดูได้ไม่ได้ยังไงจะมีรีวิวอีกทีค่ะ

ไม่มีคุณภาพทั้งในแง่ของตัวแอปพลิเคชั่นและคำปรึกษาที่ได้รับค่ะ แอปใช้งานยากบางครั้งกดไม่ได้ บางครั้งก็ค้าง เด้ง สะดุด คนที่มาให้คำปรึกษาเล่าเรื่องคนไข้คนอื่นให้เราฟังในแง่ลบถึงไม่ได้พูดชื่อแต่ทำให้เรารู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย และตัดสินผิดถูกเราทำให้รู้สึกแย่กว่าเดิม เป็นนักจิตวิทยาที่ใช้คำพูดได้แย่และกริยาแย่ด้วยการหาวและนั่งแกะเล็บตอนรับฟังเราค่ะ ไม่รู้จะปรับปรุงได้มั้ยแต่น่าเสียดายค่ะ การตลาดทำได้ดีมากมีความน่าเชื่อถือ แต่ใช้งานจริงแล้วไม่มีคุณภาพเลย แถมราคาไม่ได้ถูกด้วย

ลองใช้ครั้งแรก จองไปในระบบแต่ต้องรอคุยกับหมอนานมากๆเกือบ 30 นาที จนอยากจะปิดหน้าจอ หมอเข้ามาเปิดวีดีโอคอลเหมือนพึ่งอาบน้ำเสร็จ ไม่พร้อมสำหรับการทำงานอย่างมาก คำปรึกษางงมากๆไม่ค่อยเข้าใจว่ามีเกณฑ์ในการเลือกคนที่มาให้คำปรึกษายังไง เลยขอกลับไปหาคุณหมอที่แอพอื่นเหมือนเดิมดีกว่า

While this is a very good concept, the conpany totally tries to monetize from people who are suffering from mental illness. The payment and wallet system super complicated and transactions do not go in. Re-log in makes my data and money in the pocket all lost. I start to wonder if it’s a scam now.
Their therapist are also a scamming shrink. Not even a real shrink but some random life coach who ended up bullying and gaslighting me and making me more depressed and suicidal. I want my money back but I still have some left innthe account. Totally not recommended for your mental health.
