Oolimo is het interactieve basisreferentiewerk voor gitaarakkoorden – een leer- en naslagapp die akkoorden duidelijk uitlegt, het songwriting ondersteunt en inspireert tot nieuwe klanken op de gitaar.

Leer gitaarakkoorden en akkordsymbolen zoals ze worden gebruikt door professionele gitaristen in moderne pop, rock en jazz – inclusief complexe jazzakkoorden.
Laat de Chord Analyzer de akkoorden die je op de gitaar hebt ontdekt benoemen en laten zien hoe ze zijn opgebouwd.

Oolimo ruimt op met onzinnige akkoorden en onjuist of verwarrend geschreven akkordsymbolen, en legt met heldere logica uit hoe akkordsymbolen (akkoordnamen) ondubbelzinnig worden geschreven en hoe je verschillende notaties correct interpreteert. Wanneer muzikanten van over de hele wereld samen spelen, is het belangrijk dat iedereen dezelfde taal spreekt en begrijpt – en dat die taal gemakkelijk en duidelijk begrijpelijk is.


De modules:

Chord Finder
Vind muzikaal zinvolle akkoorden in plaats van willekeurige gitaargrepen. Alle grepen komen uit een met de hand samengestelde database met echt speelbare voicings en worden intelligent getransponeerd door een algoritme. Elk akkoord past zich automatisch aan de gekozen toonsoort aan. Met één tik stuur je grepen direct naar de Analyzer en verken je omkeringen en verschillende interpretaties van het akkoord.

Chord Analyzer
Voer een willekeurige gitaargreep in op het virtuele fretbord en krijg direct de juiste akkoordnaam, inclusief omkeringen. Geen "onbekend akkoord"-meldingen dankzij het intelligente herkenningsalgoritme – ook bij complexe akkoorden, slash chords en omkeringen. De Chord Analyzer ondersteunt ook alternatieve stemmingen (open tunings).

Chord Progressions
Verken en vergelijk de belangrijkste akkordprogressies met een innovatieve matrix die harmonische functies en relaties visualiseert.
Oefen de belangrijkste progressies systematisch in verschillende toonsoorten en varianten – en beheers ze zo goed dat je ze in de repetitieruimte uit je mouw kunt schudden tot verbazing van je bandgenoten.

Theorielessen
22 interactieve lessen met slimme visualisaties leggen intervallen, akkoordopbouw, voicings, slash chords, diatonische harmonie en alle belangrijke akkoordtypen uit – van de eerste verkenningen op het fretbord, via groot, klein en dominant-septiem tot gewijzigde, sus-, add-, sext- en verminderde akkoorden.

Quizzes
Met de quizzes kun je je kennis spelenderwijs testen en eigen maken. De vragen bestrijken veel onderwerpen: akkoordopbouw, intervallen, harmonische context, akkoordtypen, voicings, tensions en nog veel meer.
