Each day gives you a simple, usable snapshot:

• Social: a signal for connection, boundaries, or quieter plans

You’ll also see why confidence is higher or lower and one relevant next action you can take. Use the outlook to plan important work, add buffer, protect rest, or keep plans flexible.

Ooma supports experiences including perimenopause, post-menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, irregular cycles, and hysterectomy with ovaries intact. A fast, optional check-in helps calibrate the outlook without turning Ooma into another symptom diary.
