The phone app was glitchy from the moment I started using it. I sometimes didn’t receive texts from patients, and patients would not get texts I had sent. I didn’t get notifications of missed calls. The lag time when using the phone feature was sometimes up to 5 seconds, making conversations difficult. Overall, just a horrible experience, and I’m glad I’ve switched to a different company. How does one keep a sustainable and stress free experience for their business ,and its phone system, if nothing is being done about their issues. I’ve been a customer for coming up on 10 years and there has always been an issue with the app. I must be crazy for staying on this long, but time and technology has advanced dramatically over the passed decade that the time has come I explore other options. For Pete’s sake they have me running on the hardware from 2015 and “nothing has change” according to them so I haven’t not been updated to a new box for new tech. Sorry I’m but you lost this long time customer and it’s time to go.
