## Ooooo Description
This is a straightforward app to help you achieve a chosen mind-state by generating what are known as "binaural beat audio waves" through your headphones, either from your iOS device or your Apple Watch.

Depending on the frequency that you pick, based on the chart included in the app, it can potentially help with sleep, meditation, relaxation, or even for getting a short burst of energy.

I have used similar apps for a while and have found them useful in helping me relax, or helping me float into a creative mood - Except most are overloaded with features that I never use and also cost money, have in-app purchases for "special programmes" and so on.

So I decided to build one that does the same, works offline, has no ads or spying, works well, and is free. There's also an Apple Watch app included which you can use if you're mediating or relaxing away from your phone.

As such, this app just generates the binaural frequency audio hum, and some optional white or brown noise to help mask outside sounds. You can then put it in the background and combine its audio with any other sound generator you like, or play music, radio, and so forth. All it does is to create the useful brainwave frequency, and then it gets out of your way.

## Ooooo Reviews in United States

### ***** "Simple and useful"
This app is everything an app should be free, simple, easy to use. Thank you!
-- disalita, 2025-08-02

### ***** "A Godsend"
It is so awesome that the developer built an app like this that is totally free with no ads, it is a godsend
-- hallucinojerks, 2025-07-25

### ***** "Would love just one more thing"
This app is fantastic! No bloat or anything, just the sounds and controls for it. Bless this developer for making such a user friendly sound app. Dev if you’re reading this, if you could possibly add Green Noise as well for a background sound that would be terrific. Thank you!
-- Missed_Opportunity, 2025-02-26

### ***** "Amazing!!!"
If you love meditation with binaural beats, this app is such a blessing. I don’t know how it isn’t more widely known, it’s one of my favourite apps I’ve ever discovered
-- cellioyt, 2025-02-03

### ***** "The best!"
Sleep with it and wake refreshed... brown noise binaural at 396 hz and turned up to about 11-15 volume ratio to whole = bliss
-- EC0SMoNauT, 2024-12-05

### ***** "Truly Fantastic"
I mean, it’s fully customizable and effective. It’s a great gift to everyone.
-- Brandon Page, 2024-11-23

### ***** "Great App!"
Straight forward and to the point. Binaural beats without the bloat! Fantastic work.

One feature request: the ability program a sequence of beats, and transitions. I.e the user can input 5 htz for 5 minutes. Ramp to 12 htz for 2 minutes, then ramp to 14 htz for 10 minutes.
-- Simian Spaceman, 2024-10-03

### ***** "My favorite"
Simple, does what it says, and a cute theme little ghost to boot.
-- specialappssk, 2024-09-30

### ***** "Fantastic!! Any chance of…."
This is f’n fantastic! So happy to be able to play this along with other audio! Thank you!

Would it be possible, in a future update, to make it possible to dial into specific frequencies to the thousandth decimal point?

I’d love to be able to dial in the Schumann Resonance (7.83hz), or the Golden Ratio (1.618hz).

Thanks for the app and your consideration.
-- DoubleUngood, 2024-06-09

### ***** "Thank You, Mr. Tsochantaris"
Your gift of this app to everyone, free of charge, no data mining, etc. illuminates your humble, character.

Thank you, again for your kindness.
I pray you are doing well.
