App not opening
The application was working fine once it was updated to the latest version, its not opening anymore. It’s saying your device has unauthorized modifications

This all is very difficult use and app operation is very slow.
KEEP IT UP
Well I honestly love the big update you guys made, when the update went live I did have some bugs but hopefully those will be fixed over time right, over all I love the app and it’s features and it’s top notch.Keep bringing more and more updates and I am also looking forward into new data packages for especially prepaid customers
app is not working
stays on loading forever when i’m trying to pay my bill and the new update isn’t any better
Slow Customer service
After one hour of waiting on chat Queee . The chat dissapears
Vedhun & Club Premier Card issues
The new app does not have any access to Vedhun and also one week after the 10.0 app update there is no access to Club Premier Card with the 10.0.1 the issues were not solved. However, I would like to note that you guys did a great job with m-Faisaa.
Dissatisfied
With the recent update we no longer have access to magey plan packages that were previously there. It is such a disappointment
