## OOurglass Description
Every day, each of us takes roughly 20,000 breaths.
Most happen without us noticing.

OOURGLASS is a breath portal. Built for solo practitioners and group guides, it brings paced breathing and generative sound into one rhythm we can feel — and follow.
Open a portal. Move through 12 timescapes, from 12 to 144 minutes.
Temple Sands is the beginning. Always free.

BREATH IS THE INTERFACE

Breath is the one bodily rhythm that runs by itself and still answers when we take hold of it — a bridge between what we control and what we don't.

The body is always tuning. Organizing. Balancing.
Breath gives us a rhythm to work with.
The portal gives that rhythm a space.
Attention does the rest.

Build each breath to practice with:
Coherence Breath. Box Breath. Twelve Breath. Golden Breath.
Or make our own. Set the inhale, exhale, and holds. Save it. Return to it.

INSIDE THE TIMESCAPES

More than 200 timescapes are built from chants, bells, 432 Hz Just Intonation synthesis, planetary resonances, binaural panning, elemental tones, and Platonic and chakra-inspired structures.

The structure is arranged.
The composition is generated every play.
No two playbacks are the same.
There is no permanent audio file — only the fleeting waves of each session.

Explore opens the full library.

WHAT IS A PORTAL?

Timescape + Breath + Chime

Twelve timescapes in sequence, each its own tuned environment.
+
A configured breath wave carried through.
+
A chime at every transition.

This is the portal.

In the Portal Sequence Builder, pin one breath at the valley and another at the peak, and OOURGLASS fills the rungs between.
Or pin as many as needed, in order, and let the curve connect them:
a climb.
a plateau.
a descent.

Draw the shape.
Then breathe it.

THE PATH INWARD

Temple Sands opens the way.
The four portals beyond can be opened through practice, beginning with 100 completed portals and continuing from there.

Length works the same way.
Begin with 12 minutes.
Practice toward 24, 36, and 48.
The longer portals are earned through time spent in practice.

PLAY IT OR PRACTICE IT

OOURGLASS holds the space and time so the body and breath are free.
The portal is the container.
We are the content.

A NOTE ON PRACTICE

For relaxation and personal practice.
OOURGLASS is not a medical device and makes no treatment claims.
Breathwork is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular, respiratory, or seizure condition, or a history of fainting, speak with your doctor first.
Never practice while driving or in water.
