.... ich bereue schon fast meinen Wechsel zu Santander ... angefangen mit dem nicht funktionierenden online PostIdent bis hin zum initialen Anmelden, dass weder in der App noch im Browser am Computer funktioniert ....

Die App zeigt Kartenzahlung erst 1-3 Tage  später an. Man weiß also tagelang nicht, was man ausgegeben hat bzw. wie viel Geld noch verfügbar ist. Das ist eine Kernfunktion, die fehlt.
Umbuchungen zwischen den eigenen Konten gehen nur über Überweisungen. Das sollte einfach gehen.
Die Navigation ist nicht intuitiv. Einige Symbole sind nicht selbst erklärend. Face-ID funktioniert, muss aber jedes Mal extra angetippt werden. Es werden unnötige Info-Mails versendet.
Funktioniert technisch, aber ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich gestaltet.

Leider haben einige Dinge in der App nicht funktioniert. Ich konnte die Debitcard nicht zu applepay hinzufügen und mein Tageslimit nicht anheben (hat zwar eine Bestätigung in Santander Sign ausgelöst, der Auftrag ist aber immer abgebrochen). Schlussendlich der Grund, mir eine andere Bank zu suchen.

Seit neuestem ist Face ID ausgeschaltet und beim Versuch es wieder einzurichten bekommt man eine Fehlermeldung.

Es braucht ewig bis die App lädt, dass macht das anmelden zu einem Drama!! Auch alle Prozesse in der App selbst laden nicht oder nur sehr langsam … zB das hinzufügen zu Apple Pay … ich bereue den Wechsel jetzt schon

Die App ist in puncto Funktionalität leider eine herbe Enttäuschung. Bei den Kontoumsätzen kann man lediglich nach Datum und nach Einnahme/Ausgabe filtern. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit, nach Betrag, Verwendungszweck oder Freitext zu suchen.
Besonders frustrierend ist, dass man die Umsätze nicht direkt als PDF exportieren kann – man muss regelrecht zaubern, um an seine Daten zu kommen.
Als Kunden haben wir heutzutage definitiv eine bessere und zeitgemäßere App verdient.

Eine der schwächsten Banking Apps, die moderne Funktionen, wie z.B. Foto-Überweisungen via QR Code nicht unterstützt. Auch die Erreichbarkeit/Verfügbarkeit ist oft eingeschränkt und ein Einloggen schlägt fehlt. Die Auswahl von Vorlagen ist hakelig, die Auswahl des Kontos geht dabei verloren.
Insgesamt unkomfortabel und ohne hilfreiche Funktionen.

Immer wieder Verbindungsprobleme zum Server, kein Anmelden möglich "zu Ihrer Sicherheit werden Sie abgemeldet..." Keine Überweisung funktioniert, die VerfikationApp gibt nur Fehler aus. Es wird immer schlimmer. Und in der Bank versteht der Mitarbeiter diese Fehler auch nicht. Support zur Umstellung zur Openbank auch nicht möglich 😡

Hier scheint nichts zu funktionieren. Wenn ich die App öffne werde ich auf die Santander Homepage weitergeleitet. Auf der Homepage soll ich meinen Kredit (Auto) hinzufügen. Weder über das Kennzeichen noch über die Finanzierungsnummer wird der Kredit gefunden. Ich habe 2 mal versucht den Support zu erreichen und habe insgesamt 45min. In Warteschlangen (3 x musste ich weitergeleitet werden um den richtigen Ansprechpartner zu finden) um dann in letzter Instanz einfach aus der Schleife gekickt zu werden. Beim 2. Versuch habe ich dann tatsächlich jemand erreicht, der mir aber ohne die Finanzierungsnummer (hatte ich zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht) nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Nun habe ich die Nummer und es funktioniert immer noch nicht.
