You having to be on Wi-Fi to interact with the device is a huge hinder. Recently, I keep having to re-add his two controllers to the app because it’s losing its configuration on app updates (presumably). He can’t do this (I’ve made an instruction document with screen shots since I’m 300 miles away to try to help); he is so frustrated.
