Diese unsinnigen Ergebnisse kommen zustande, weil jedes Restaurant mit einem Salat auf der Karte die Auswahl „vegetarisch/vegan“ ankeuzt, wie es von der App vorgegeben wird. Seit längerem liefert die Suchfunktion Restaurants nicht, obwohl sie im Sortiment wären. Ein Schwabacher Restaurant wird in der Stadt Roth angezeigt. Die Programmierer sind entweder überlastet oder unfähig!

Ich bin in Baden-Baden und will dort für den Abend einen Tisch reservieren. Die App zeigt mir sämtliche verfügbaren Restaurants im Umkreis von 110 km an. In diesem Fall bis inklusive Stuttgart. Ich fühle mich verarscht!
Wer für diesen Algorithmus verantwortlich ist, hat einen kräftigen Fußtritt verdient. Wenn man wenigstens einen Filter auf die Entfernung legen könnte wäre das eine erhebliche Verbesserung. So fliegt dieses Ding wieder raus!

Ich besitze bereits einen Account bei Open Table. Diesen habe ich bei einer Reservierung mittels WebBrowser eingerichtet. Jetzt habe ich die App installiert, habe aber keine Möglichkeit, mich anzumelden, sondern muss einen Registrierunsprozedur durchlaufen. Dabei sagt mir die App, dass mein Account bereits existiert. Warum gibt es nicht wie in anderen Apps die Möglichkeit sich anzumelden? Kann mir jemand bei dem Problem helfen?

Wenn ich Datum, Uhrzeit und Anzahl Personen ausgewählt habe, wird eine Seite angezeigt, auf der ich nicht abschließend reservieren kann. Ich muss erst nochmal auf die gewünschte Uhrzeit klicken, um die Reservierung abzuschließen. Wer soll auf diese Idee kommen? Völlig unlogisch programmiert.

Bei der Tisch-Reservierung ist fehlt ein feedback bei den einzelnen Schritten. Es ist unklar, ob kein Tisch frei ist und man in die Warteschlange muss oder ob noch ein Schritt fehlt ( Standard - oder Aussenplatz) um zum Ende tu kommen. Verwirrend!

Overall a nice functional app. Easy to use and navigate. My only issue is that my reservations will only be added to my iPhone calendar. But I never use that because it doesn’t show me all my appointments for the months in one view. That’s why I only use Google calendar. Unfortunately, there is no way on my phone to share my event on my Google calendar and I have to do this manually. Which sucks.

Die Idee der App ist gut, jedoch ist die Umsetzung nicht ertragbar. Die App reagiert schlecht und die Suchergebnisse nach auswählen des Standorts sind lächerlich. 
Man sucht ein Restaurant in Wolfsburg und auf einmal wird einem eins aus Hannover angezeigt. Ja vielen Dank für diese Empfehlung, nach genau dem hab ich gesucht. Das nächste mal geb ich Berlin ein um nen Restaurant in München zu finden. Danke für das Beispiel wie man es nicht machen sollte.

Fehlermeldung: ‚Fehler mit Kommunikation zum Server‘. 👎🏻
Nur komisch ist, alles andere an Daten von mir sind vom Server abrufbar.
Ein Schelm wer denkt, es ist absichtlich nicht möglich.
