4 of us had a 3 course meal this evening. We have all been to Thailand and love Thai food and agreed this was the best Thai food we have had in the UK. We will definitely be returning.

What a pain

Food excellent, service okay, waited very long time in between starters and main, explanation given and offered free round of drinks which was appreciated however didn’t see anyone for a long time to enquire why. Other things missed obviously busy but the little things do make a difference.
Be very careful
Booked a table through this site which I have used with success before. Table was with the Cinnamon Club for Tuesday lunch. Over the weekend two of our party went down with flu. Tried to cancel first thing Monday and they washed their hands of the process and told me to call the restaurant direct. Did so and they advised of a £300 cancellation fee, £50 per head when the set menu is £35. In other words sneaky, hidden and massively expensive. And of course they have my credit card so can bill be without consent. So has worked ok in the past when all went fine but frankly I will never book through them again, always phone the restaurant when where any hidden charges will have to be made clear and never give them your card details in advance.
Search ignores specific place typed and instead widens search area.
Irritating that you don’t trust your customers to know where they want to eat. Also having picked a time on the dropdown for 7:30 you then have to press the time AGAIN on the main page (which has different times) to progress the booking.
Is this a scam?
Open table shows me a table is available. Takes all my card details, entered promptly, then says no table available at all. Feels like a scam
A boon to booking!
We have booked our favourite restaurants through Open Table for some time now and find it dependable and easily accessed. Thank you to all involved.
Missing a crucial filter
Biggest dining problem I have is finding dog friendly place to eat. When OpenTable asks for feedback, dog friendly is one of the questions! Should be able to use this in the search.
Excellent quality food BSK Battersea SW11 8DD
We visited Gordon Ramsay Bread Street kitchen & bar on 18/11/2024 , we had the lunch special menu, the smoked salmon starter had both quality and quantity , the steak was delicious , the service from our waitress Nicole outstanding !! All round great value and excellent service
