There is absolutely no way to progress in this game without spending actual cash.  Everything you need costs gold hearts and no rewards in game give you any substantial gold hearts.  So you are stuck with people who can’t recharge their stamina and you have no way of advancing anything in the game.  Very poorly executed!!!!

The game is good as long as you don’t accidentally put someone from the second hospital into a research task. You can’t start the research and you can’t take them out. 
This glitch has been around for a long time. It needs to be fixed. Don’t let players put staff from other hospitals into the research if it’s going to freeze. 
I’m completely stuck and the support desk isn’t responding.
