I enjoyed playing this game at first as the operations were “hands-on” and reminded me of Trauma Center. The story is interesting although the graphics are super slow.

As you progress into the idle game, it starts getting repetitive unless you unlock more things which take up SO MUCH SPACE. At some point the app will lag and you will be forced to delete other apps/the game itself.

Super disappointed. It could have been great.

I really enjoy all the administrative work and, of course, the procedures. I believe that those weekly “challenges” like the African Hospital etc. are cool, but this new Maternity Ward Mode really gets on my nerves. I get it that you want something more interactive, but it’s the only thing you do in Africa (excluding some donations and small tasks).
