A little problem
The game is great but when I complete the tutorial I cant do anything

Good game
I love the game, it is absolutely my type, but there is one oncological stomach surgery with three, uhm, things to cut out and the laser part can not be completed! It is ruining my progress in the additional content. I have never in my life failed a surgery before that one, tried it at least five times.
Beware of cheets with payments
Developers are cheeting with payment window. Dont open it, if you have turned on touch id payment in itunes. After you cancel payment, window comes again and again, even on locked screen.

When will the bug be solved?
There is a bug in your game. In the medical research in the research laboratory, obviously all my requirements are met, but my character is stuck in the laboratory and can't move. This bug has existed for a long time. I have encountered it before, which seriously affects my game experience. Is there a quick solution? How can I get your feedback? I am very uncomfortable and disappointed.

This is a game with a lot of bugs, which seriously affected my game experience. I spent a lot of time and effort to do the task for about 10 hours near the end. Because the card was back, the map disappeared. It took me three hours in the early morning and finally got nothing. I was very disappointed. It was a bad experience.
