Had this app for years. Spent so much money in app as well. The game would not load after an update. Ive since switched phones, force close. Nothing worked. I’ve reached out to the developer NUMEROUS times about it and what to do. NOTHING! Don’t waste your time! They will just take your money but not help to resolve tech issues.

The research room in the game is locked I don’t know how to unlock it, im guessing it’s a error in the game because it’s been locked since episode 9 n im on 19 please fix it

I liked this game but when I was stitching a patient up the game wasn’t letting me put stitches in them. Please fix this

Okay yes, I know I’ve only started to play this game but I LOVE IT. The suspense when your operating in magical, the way they set a timer is just like working in real life *coughs in i don’t know what it’s like since I’m only 12*! ABSOLOUTELY love it! Realistic, not too graphic/bloody so perfect for 12 or older in case they want to know what they want to be when they become an adult!

I still can’t login on my iPad and have everything that’s saved on my iPhone show up there, it just starts from the very beginning. When will this be fixed?

I typed “Cooking” in the search bar, but somehow I got this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Fix it for the newest iPhones you can’t get the glass out on the second operation due to it going up where your camera is located on the iPhone so you fail every time.

I do enjoy this game but I keep doing the same people again. As well as the same surgery’s. I would like to have different options and experiences for this game. Please had more patient, thank you.
