the game is really nice, but I just think it’s very unfair to put research in the main mission when it’s supposed to be on side tasks and then making us guess what research to do out of about 15 is just down right evil…. I save about 100,000 to buy 4 stethoscopes and then another 80,000 to do the research only to find out that’s not the right one it’s really frustrating I almost broke my new phone. And when you finally get it, you get 4,300 reward after losing WAY more that that……idk how you guys are going to do it but please fix up😭🙏🏼

The game is really nice but you need to add more operations. 

And to make it more interesting and complicated sometimes if a patient gets cardiac arrest you can make it an open heart surgery. The game is 18+ so you can add plastic surgeries (implants) and CS births. And maybe when you get to let’s say level 15 the signs should be off but you should make it an option. Oh and to make players read the patients story you can give us the full body then we pick the place to operate on instead of  taking us there. Anddddd iOS users aren’t able to play disasters (news)
