I have a research mission in S01, EP06, and cannot go further because it in the task description it only has a “*”. I’ve tried to upgrade the research department, to build the perk for it, and I’ve done basically 5 researches in the department, and I still couldn’t claim the reward. When it was the train the uni students event, I couldn’t go any further with the tasks, because at one point a surgery came, and when I clicked on it I could watch the loading screen for an hour, and still not got the surgery. And this happened every time I tried to solve that surgery… :) So I didn’t get a Diamond doctor because of this. And I’m not even mentioning that 2 times I paid for resources with in-app purchase, and I didn’t get the things that I’ve paid for. So please, fix this game, because it’s an interesting one and I would like to see where the story goes, not getting stuck on season 01, episode 06 because of a freaking research task that cannot be solved. Thanks a lot

### *---- "New gamemode is a blunder"
The new gamemode (the one with the babies) is a complete utter failure for two reasons:

1. It is taken from Operate Now: Animal Hospital, a game few people actually liked. What is worse, the gamemode is a copy of Cooking Dash! Money gained from in-app purchases should support creation of original content, not copying other free games.

2. Walking around giving babies teddy bears defines the opposite of what this game is advertised as: a surgeon simulator rated 17+. Surgeries involve healing a patient's internal organs, therefore there is a feeling of urgency and responsibility over the patient's life. All these elements that attracted the playerbase are absent in the maternity gamemode.

If the main idea of the gamemode was combined with surgeries (during a disaster:prioritizing patients, time spent on one patient also consumes times on all available patients), it would have been a great update.
