I dont know how to play this game

I have a research mission in S01, EP06, and cannot go further because it in the task description it only has a “*”. I’ve tried to upgrade the research department, to build the perk for it, and I’ve done basically 5 researches in the department, and I still couldn’t claim the reward. When it was the train the uni students event, I couldn’t go any further with the tasks, because at one point a surgery came, and when I clicked on it I could watch the loading screen for an hour, and still not got the surgery. And this happened every time I tried to solve that surgery… :) So I didn’t get a Diamond doctor because of this. And I’m not even mentioning that 2 times I paid for resources with in-app purchase, and I didn’t get the things that I’ve paid for. So please, fix this game, because it’s an interesting one and I would like to see where the story goes, not getting stuck on season 01, episode 06 because of a freaking research task that cannot be solved. Thanks a lot

The app has a lot of errors. I open the task bar and the app freezes. I exit and restart and same thing over and over again. Other than that it’s an interesting game Please fix this issue

Existe prea multe reclame ,dar dupa un anume numar de reclame se blocheaza jocul .. pacat deoarece nu te poti juca pt ca se blocheaza si trebuie sa o iei de la capat ... va las pe voi sa decideti daca merita

Something doesn’t work well in the game.When I tryed to do a research the game showed me that the research is blocked and althought I assigned a doctor to do this work, the game no longer works and I can’t advance with the missions.Please help me with the problem!

App is not workin properly. 2 times first at level 3 and the at 7 all my staff disappeared. Please remove it from the store!
