This game lags a lot during the later operations and ESPECIALLY during sutures. I keep losing my hearts because of this lag, almost lost a few patients. This game is fun but it’s not easy to pass stages now, because of all the lags.

I think this is a fun game. Hope to see more procedures in next update as the ops get repetitive. 
I also face a problem where I may have assigned a doctor to the research task n shifted him to the second hospital. There on I am not able to commence the research even when I have the fund and utilities. 
Please help with that.

Great game and very detailed graphics;; really simulates how the hospital functions internally. However, the game doesn’t load very fast and sometimes they don’t even load at all.

app glitch and won't stop loading when i try to start the tourist bus crash in news, had to restart the entire app and play other tasks instead. tried many times but didn't work. please fix this. other than that, game is pretty fun but can have more different tasks instead of constantly fixing bones and stitching people up.

I enjoy playing this game but there are certain bugs that annoy me. It’s impossible to clear some ‘Hard’ operations cause it’s programmed to make me lose all my lives by detecting ‘clicks’ without me even clicking them. I also can’t unlock new stories cause the loading screen loops forever.

Multiple rewards claimed after levelling up or completing task do not even appear on the screen, im just opening up empty folders and i spend 60,000 on a new paramedic but it glitched and i got nothing after spending that amount.  Disappointing.

I enjoy the operation tasks and graphics a whole lot but the current task of ‘recruiting staff’ is not completing. I Used 120 gold hearts for the premium recruitment and task is still not completing so I can’t move forward with the game? Waiting time and costs is also way too high I end up just staring at the screen waiting for time to end. Getting too expensive to just to move forward. As with all ‘free’ games with in-app purchases.... :(

Pro: nice simulation of surgery

Cons:
Technical - eats up too much battery, and the only app that heats up my phone.
Too many ads randomly inserted. 

Game - DOESN'T SAVE MY PROGRESS SOMETIMES!!!
I thought my memory were tricking me the first time, and then I realised it's the game. Like I switched staff to continue the game, or I increased the stats for one staff from 150 to 200 exp, but it reverted! AND NOT ONCE, I UPGRADED THIS PARTICULAR STAFF TWICE, and both times it reverted back to 150. The game doesn't forget to eat up my cash but can forget to save my progress. 

2 staff went for a research but apparently it doesn't show, research room is empty, and glitch made 2 staffs stuck in a limbo.

Game appeared to be really fun and I was getting hooked. However all my staffs disappeared after I closed the app. There was no record of the staffs and i deleted the app because I was unable to continue with the game. Disappointing.
