儲值第一次付款成功後發覺遊戲沒有運作購買的項目，app store 也不允許退款，原本想說就算了所以儲值第二次，只要求消除廣告，但完全沒用，刪了，爛遊戲

I think it has some sort of bugs when it comes to extreme hard surgery, especially with needles. I tried dozen of times but just can’t work out. Whatever the ways I used, they came as same results: FAILED. Please improve the app, or I can’t support it anymore…
