There is a bug in your game. In the medical research in the research laboratory, obviously all my requirements are met, but my character is stuck in the laboratory and can't move. The game is fun and I’ve played it before some years ago, but I deleted it bc the game would not open and load anymore… well… I’m running into that issue again… the game starts to load and CUTS back to my phones Home Screen. I re downloaded this game expecting that 2-3yrs later this would have been fixed. It always happens after I finish Season 1 and head into Season 2. This is unacceptable that after this long this issue still has not been fixed. Are you guys doing this on purpose?? For more downloads and re downloads?? Tsk tsk.

People love this game, and so do I but it becomes unbearable when everything costs so much. There’s no gratification in the time it takes to save everything up, spend it on one item, then work for what seams like forever and do it all over again. Also at level 16 I have no new patients yet everything is completed everything is staffed, I’ve done the research, I’m just so over the fact that y’all developed a great game but have so many issues you couldn’t care less, but hey at least there’s a million ads for your revenue.

I’m going to start with the great parts: I love how you are able to have daily tasks and have some urgent ones like bus crashes that end at a certain time. I also like how there are stories about the patients, staff and other things. Bad things: started out with very few ads but just like any other game they get so bad the game is unplayable (in my opinion) and the only way to get rid of them is a purchase. The only other bad thing is that the surgeries are mostly all the same and not changing at all.

I absolutely adore this game. HOWEVER, as soon as I got to Season 1, Episode 11 I can no longer proceed. I do not know if this is because it has not been added yet, or if my end is just glitching. Please explain. Other than that, the storyline is intriguing (I LOVE SIRONA) and the graphics are good. It even has video episodes to watch about some of the characters and events in the hospital.
