Lack of support address game abuses
Here’s the deal; I love playing this game and have made some new friends thru the game. I have now supported numerous support tickets (with updates and screenshots) reporting a player who repeatedly uses vulgar, racist, misogynistic, homophobic, and abusive language in the game. And support does nothing about it. Players in the game shouldn’t have to put up with the repeated abuse. Why should the rest of us continue to support the developers and HC if they won’t protect the players from language that is supposedly against the standards of the game. So, as much as I enjoy playing the game, I have to give it a 1 star rating (since there is no zero rating) until support starts doing something about players who use abusive, inappropriate language in the game.
