Ho chiesto il cambio del giorno dopo che ho pagato in più per questo servizio. Mi hanno contattato dopo ore , quando ho fatto la richiesta la differenza era di 170 ,00 euro , poi è diventata 180,00 con un email mandato da odopo , poi quando ma chiamato il operatore ( ti chiamano con nr. Inglese senza avvisarti ) era diventato 220 , 00 euro , mentre ero in linea più di 30 minuti per mandare il link per  pagamento è diventato 240,00 . Una vergogna . Pessimo servizio . A mai più

I used it and i realised after that once signed if for the free trial Prime Subscription, its impossible to cancel your subscription online. So here i am looking for videos and readit discussions about how to cancel it. Rubbish and disgusting how greed make apps developers taking advantage of their customers….but this is not the end…

I booked tickets for 6 people, and money was withdrawn from from my account. In the booking process, price was increased two times. After bought the tickets, 14 hours after confirming my payment, I get another email saying prices have increased again, and I would have to pay extra to keep my reservation. No means to pay the difference were provided. I ve tried to contact them (very hard if you’re not a paying member) and after a few hours of being transferred from agent to agent I was told my flight sold out in the meantime (24 hours after initial booking) I was given an alternative which I accepted because I was desperate at that point. After another hour they called me and said that was cancelled too because they have an error, and no more details were provided. So that was that, no tickets, no resolution. What a joke, no effort or professionalism. Would never buy again.

Had prime for two years because I forgot to cancel. Sometimes it works, then it's cool. But most of the time I failed me badly. I lost way more money than it saved me. 

The newest bug is that it tells me a good price in search and when I get to checkout it doesn't recognize my prime subscription anymore and gives my a higher price than the airlines homepage. 

Not to mention the times when I got tickets confirmed, just for them to get cancelled few days later. And then when I reach out to customer service Opodo tells me I myself have to talk to the airline to get my money back, which only worked half of the times.
