## OPPDconnect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Disappointing Application"
An application that redirects the user to their website that doesn’t retain user credentials is disappointing in the least. On top of that it constantly crashes due to poor sustainment with regards to proper development practices.
-- ___\\randy//___, 2024-04-05

### **--- "Tom Pounds"
I have no trouble getting the OPP connect how do I get to my account I have no trouble getting to my account explain to me what you do on your web
-- tompsr2, 2020-07-02

### **--- "Needs updated"
App hasn't been updated in a long time also when going to report a street light outage and tapping on the light the box that is supposed to show up is just an outline you can’t see the actual box.
-- whill0121, 2020-01-17

### *---- "Worthless"
I’ve tried for years to submit outages on this app on different phones. This app has NEVER worked. I give up! Even the phone numbers are dead ends. Either the call doesn’t go through, or an answering machine says the office is closed for the day. These are the phone numbers that the app had listed to report outages. Ridiculous! How unprofessional.

### ***-- "Needs some work and tablet crossover."
This app is decent for reporting street lights and power outages. OPPD needs to work on making this app better to function with the iPad, especially the larger Pro model.
-- jmpomaha, 2016-11-24

### *---- "Basic"
Very basic. No bill pay capability as of Feb 2016
-- Enemy_Mine, 2016-02-23

### *---- "Needs work"
Good app however I would love to be able to access my account, view and pay my bill.
-- SethKuerbitz, 2015-11-06

### **--- "Can be better"
Just a basic app. Was hopeful I could use the app to get on my account or pay the bill. That is not an option.
-- Crystal-A, 2015-08-22

### ***** "Nice app"
crashing on iPhone 6 for a streetlight outage... But it's a great app on iPhone 5
-- X-Rover, 2015-01-25

### ****- "Very useful app"
GPS is broken on the streetlight outage map.
-- Imuser364, 2015-01-16
