## O&R Reviews in United States

### ***** "Auto Pay"
Update Q&R app for auto pay
-- Princess@04/06/2000, 2026-10-05

### *---- "Criminals"
What they are charging and how they treat people who have a hard time paying a bill is criminal. They should be ashamed.
-- Jen 13, 2026-08-15

### **--- "Clunky App"
The app does not work smoothly, particularly on my iPhone. It slightly better on the computer.
-- Burnsie13, 2026-07-05

### *---- "Vote RED"
Let’s lower the price of electricity in New York State. Let’s turn New York from blue to RED. We will pay less electricity.
-- Roundhouse23, 2026-06-28

### *---- "O&R bill pay"
Easy to make payments and check your bills!
-- -;&,3@(“?,, 2026-06-02

### ***** "Nice App bills expensive"
Coned shouldn’t be raising prices as they are a monopoly. No competition.
-- DROD77, 2026-05-16

### ***** "One happy customer"
It’s funny how my review doesn’t post when I titled it thieves.
-- Alyse41313, 2026-04-10

### *---- "Auto bill pay"
Signed up for auto bill pay and still getting termination notices. Reaching rep is harder than reaching the president.
-- tzipatchket, 2026-03-25

### ***** "O and R Auto Pay"
Very easy to enroll in auto pay! Makes sure bills are paid!
-- Reader 61, 2026-03-12

### ***-- "Features don’t work correctly"
I haven’t had access to real time usage in over six months. I have called and made complaint and nobody can give an answer to why. If you’re not going to allow people to have access to it you shouldn’t offer it.
-- Fix your features, 2026-03-05
