I noticed you removed the STORE icon from the app in this recent update. Why that?

I use an Oraimo smart watch plus 4 and the problem started when battery ran out of the smart watch. On charging it and be powering it on, the time was incorrect and it was signed out of the Oraimo Health App. I had to update the app to connect again to the watch but now I’m unable to login. I do not remember my password and the “forgot password” feature isn’t working. It keeps saying verification code has been sent to my email but there is nothing in my inbox. This is frustrating

My watch 4 plus automatically turns on its Bluetooth call by itself after every call even though I put it off. The watch and the app are no longer in sync. This happened ever since I updated the watch via the app. It is very inconvenient as I have to turn off my Bluetooth call after each call if not I will receive my calls through the watch. This is very frustrating. Please fix it. I returned and got a new watch and it is still facing the same issue.

My watch just suddenly started showing wrong time and I can’t even access the app to reset it

1. Fix the Loss of data on the watch. 2. Implement a security code. (A smart watch worth over $30 without a security code) That’s a big joke. 3. Make it easy to synchronize contacts and reminders. 4. You should be releasing monthly updates to fix bugs and correct your mistakes like the dial pad not having “* or #” button! 5. Making of calls from the history panel (Increase the history memory to atleast 2-3 days) 6. Allow notifications to pop up even when on countdown or workout. 7. Allow more options when using timer (We should be able to go back and switch music while timer runs in the background.)

I can’t sign into the app, each time I try to sign it keeps saying wrong username and password even after verifying my password. Please do something about it.

Oraimo I love your product but I can’t download apps

Hello Oraimo team. Try and do a monthly or weekly update if possible for your dials (wallpaper) for the watch. Get rid of all this old timers.

It’s a good app so far. I would love if emoji’s are added instead of the box with question marks.
