Update 4/11/24: app is not syncing with Health. Doesn’t always record unguided sessions. Have done all the troubleshooting. Frustrating. App leaves a lot to be desired. Agree with other reviewers about the accuracy of the app - just brushed for 2:49 and spent extra time on the sides of the jaw but the app didn’t register anything for those quadrants. The brush is great - def feel like I’m getting a better clean. The app needs work.

Second day using my new Oral-B 6. I am really impressed with my initial results. I have been using an electric toothbrush for years but feel like I have had a better clean.

In principle this should be a great app. In practice the use of the phone camera and AI to track brushing (especially in back corners of the mouth) is inconsistent and inaccurate. I am no longer bothering to use the app

Awesome clean now for a whole 2 minutes. Seems harsh but not advised that it is so must be doing the cleaning sensitively. Glenys

Great app, looks great, toothbrush cleans well, the badges and awards and goals are cool, the app works really well and has never crashed on me, connects easily.

The encouragement, timer and settings help to improve brush time & hard/ softness of brushing and my gums have certainly improved since using the new brush & app. However I do find the accuracy of brush location is not always accurate . The brush head replacement reminder is also a great feature

The smart brush was amazing cuz it has red lights to tell you that you are using it to hard thanks to Costco ❤️💕❤️💕❤️

Just got this amazing toothbrush. Does a great job after only 3 uses I can feel a great difference in the cleaning over the old brush. The app is very informative, and easy to follow, and I want to do better and get my times down to two minutes

I’ve always struggled with brushing my teeth frequently but invested in the Genius 9000 brush yesterday and have now used the app twice. It’s fun! It’s like a life mini-game :) don’t think I’ll skip brushing again!

I consciously did all my teeth for 2mins yet the app guide said I only cleaned 77%. With the tongue cleaning part there was no timer for when cleaning the tongue.
