There seems to be a data issue, sometimes some of my brushing entries are duplicated, and on other days they’re missing. Hopefully this will be patched soon.

Great app. Makes brushing your teeth fun again.

For about two months now while using the app it either doesn’t track my time or my coverage. Before that it worked well. Thought an update would help, but still having the same issue.

The App will will track your brushing while you are using it, making sure you have covered all areas, It will then say you’re done. Once you stop, the “score page” will show 0points and make it seem like you haven’t brushed your teeth. I have deleted and installed the App 3 times now and it’ll work for about 4 sessions and then not work as mentioned above.

I have the series 9 and have been using the app and the toothbrush for almost a month now. I feel my teeth are starting to get damaged because the app is beyond atrocious at detecting where the tooth brush is when brushing. Because of this I sometimes reach 3 minutes of brushing time and have to brush the toothbrush against my finger so it doesn't damage my teeth so I can finally get “100% coverage” The detection for such a high price is beyond a let down. I’m happy to change my review if this issue gets fixed but as for now. Terrible experience. Don’t waste the money.

The ability to detect where in your mouth the brush is, is not very good at all. I end up spending far more time in an area and less in another area because it detects this incorrectly. The tech needs to be improved.

The concept of the app is great but execution not so much. There should be more guided journeys for Dental heath. Flossing, Cleaning Tongue and Mouth Washing should have full screen tiles instead of checkboxes as they are very important for dental health. Reminder to brush twice daily if app has not been used twice a day.
