Love the app

This app is amazing! But the positioning is not the most accurate

Amazing good

First time I bought electric brush teeth and this one with this app is really a good investment if you want to improve you brush teeth and cleaning.

This product 9000 ORAL B is excellent

I bought 2 . One for myself , I feel the difference after having used this toothbrush. The other who I gave as present feels the same . I recommend this product .

Cannot connect to the brush

Brush (9000 Genius) and app are useless. Phone (14Pro) cannot find the brush (it worked with the previous model. After two months with customer care, it's still not working and I am always asks to take a screen capture of my attempts to pair.

Great idea but silly app

Bad position detection. Waste of money.

Potentially interesting

The date and time is stuck on 01/01/2000 7:00 - usage history becomes useless. Update: after resetting the brush the issue has gone.

Unreliable detection

Detection concept is great but it’s unreliable. I try to stay still but detector show wrong part of my teeth between left and right and many times can’t detect at all. If they can fix it, 5 star for sure!

Everything is great but the only problem is the reason I got it is so it can track how I brush but I feel like the tracking is not so reliable which defeats the purpose of using this app. Even after trying different camera alignment and try not to move my head for two minute it still doesn’t seem to help. So if the app can track what part of my mouth I am brushing at the moment then this app will get a five star but unfortunately it doesn’t do really well on its main purpose people use this app for.

Incorrect date&time and cannot edit!

First time I used this app. It was so useful. But last month, it detect the incorrect date and time, back to 1457 years ?!. I cannot edit it then I remove, uninstall app and reinstall with a new sync with my toothbrush. And the result is still be the same…. (-_-)
