I’ve gone this long without Zelle in this app, so I guess I’ll go a bit longer. *update 12/15/25 - I almost had Zelle set-up but it throws a “token missing” code. Sept 2025: Truly the worst banking app. Makes me want to switch credit unions entirely. The move to Zelle has been disastrous. I’ve ensured enrollment in Zelle, successfully sent money about 3 times, and now the whole screen turns white when I try to open the Zelle feature. Given that we can no longer send money on laptops, I am now unable to pay someone for an urgent matter. TERRIBLE. Older Review: I hate this new app. The old one was perfect, not sure why they changed it. This one feels so much slower, looks ridiculous with its graphics, and I absolutely can’t stand the transaction history. I loved how the old app would show how much your total balance was underneath each transaction. It helped in making sense of the math. Now, it just says what was added in/withdrawn and does not show the affect on the total balance. I hate it!! Please revise. Online banking in 2020 is crucial. This app just annoys me way too much. In the apps current state the email/number you input cannot be changed in app even if you decline to use it. The first one you put in is locked and cannot be changed in the app regardless of it being actively linked to the account.
