Orange et moi – Max it – Maroc

i pay all this money to use it paying for tiktok and youtube separately for it not to use that 5.5gb and only take from my *3 internet, i tried asking for support but they didnt help whatsoever and orange just steal from us.

The app feels like one of those apps from 2005. Very slow and sometimes it doesn’t open for minutes. Also, Orange Maroc in general is bad, I got my sim car when it was meditel but when they switched to orange I never had any positive impressions about them

This is annoying most of the times when I need to pay using the app, and when I try to put my debut card credentials the numbers show up in arabic. It wastes my time

I went for ‘avance moi’ option.I was unable to use it,there is no way to choose between calls/internet or to actually use them.But Orange deducted 200 mo from my new topup when I never used up the avance moi credit. Also,impossible to purchase data with my UK visa debit card .

This app is good for checking available minutes and data. Although it recently stopped showing the minutes credit accurately. The help feature is handy and genuine: I was contacted within 24 hours after I’ve raised a ticket from the app and the advisors were courteous and doing their best to help. If it wasn’t for the minutes credit bug, I would have given 5 stars.

Avant l’application était très bien, maintenant elle est devenu la pire application que j’ai jamais vu. Les cartes bancaire pour recharger mes lignes ne marche depuis des mois alors qu’avant ça marchait très bien. Pas de PayPal, pas d’Apple Pay, …, comment voulez vous avancer et devenir rentable? Et le pire il n’y a plus d’assistance ni téléphonique et ni en ligne d’assistance. Je ne comprends pas, vous reculez au lieu d’avancer. C’est devenu vraiment de la M.

L’application n’affiche aucun contact permettant de solliciter une assistance. La rubrique Acces à la fibre ne marche pas et les seules rubriques opérationnelles sont de type commercial. Mauvaise, vraiment mauvaise orientation clients de Orange !🥵🥵
