## Orangetheory Fitness Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Amazing workout, horrible app"
Orange Theory is an incredible workout that I highly recommend to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an expert. However, the new app is a nightmare to use. The previous version had fewer features but was user-friendly. Since they introduced the updated app, it’s been full of bugs, with a nonsensical UX that makes it frustrating to navigate. I really wish they would revert to the earlier version.
-- Parisian124556893, 2024-12-27

### *---- "New App is Awful"
I have never reviewed an app before, but the scheduling function in the “new” version of this app is absolutely terrible. I have given it several months so I could get used to it, and I continue to have issues with it. It does not update dates correctly and fails to show scheduled classes, resulting in late cancels. Please go back to prior version where dates didn’t slide across the top.
-- Makmkm1199, 2024-12-27

### ***** "Changed my whole life"
I have never been passionate about working out until I joined! I will never miss a week! This location is so welcoming! Love it so much!
-- Lyce zaddy, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Awful App"
The redesign really messed up the app. It’s incredibly difficult to see what classes I have coming up and my past classes. It’s also so glitchy so I can’t always trust what it’s saying.
-- Andrew__100, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Terrible ux"
This app is so frustrating! The home screen at the very top should have what classes you are signed up for and allow you to book right there the way that the calendar jumps around is really hard and not intuitive. Please at very least make it easier to find what classes you are signed up for when you first enter the app
-- Appreview2002, 2024-12-22

### ***** "Lees summit"
It’s a pretty great place!
-- A Mcmanigal, 2024-12-20

### ***-- "New calendar is busted"
Can’t tell if it’s today or I am booked for class. I wish the app opened directly to a more intuitive calendar. Why did you break something that was working fine for “aesthetics”?
-- athletichic10, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Rating is only for app"
I love Orangetheory but do not like the new app scheduling at all. It is very cumbersome and there is not even a list of classes to see what I have booked in the future without scrolling to all the dates individually to see if one is highlighted. I don’t think people should rate the overall experience of OT on the app store. Ha.
-- whydoIneedanickname???!!, 2024-12-18

### ***-- "App terrible. Classes great"
The latest app version has issues. Calendar very confusing. Go back to the version that worked!
-- ATX 411, 2024-12-13

### ****- "What I needed"
In my fitness journey I felt as though I was getting stagnant and needed something more. When I took my first free class I knew this is what I needed and had been missing. The perfect intensity packed in an efficient time frame.
