Orbi is a mental health companion designed for people living with a physical long-term condition (LTC). Living with a long-term condition brings challenges that go beyond physical symptoms, and Orbi was created to support your mind alongside your health. 

Orbi has been developed by experts at King’s College London and offers modules built for the realities of chronic illness. Each module combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and evidence-based tools to give you practical skills you can use every day to manage mood alongside your physical health. With Orbi you can explore modules that will help you to: 
 
 

- Understand how your LTC impacts on your mood and feel more in control 

- Cope with uncertainty linked to your LTC and calm your mind 

- Find support for balancing work, relationships, sleep, and illness self-management.  

- Communicate better with health care professionals about your needs.
