## Orbit Description
Orbit is a walking route planner built around you — your time, your steps, your pace, and where you feel like going.

Open Orbit and answer four simple questions, then start walking:

How long have you got?
Where should it end?
What would you like to pass?
Here's your walk.

Answer as little or as much as you like — skip straight to a plain loop, or spend a minute adding the stops you fancy. Either way you get turn-by-turn walking directions, personalised pace guidance, and a route that adapts to how you actually walk.

Whether you're exploring somewhere new, getting your daily steps in, or trying to build a regular walking habit, Orbit helps make every walk feel purposeful.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU GOT?

Set a time or step goal and choose your pace — Relaxed, Regular, Brisk or Fast. You're not an average walker, so Orbit doesn't treat you like one: it measures your natural pace and stride using Apple Health, then learns from every walk you complete to keep improving your routes.

WHERE SHOULD IT END?

Choose Route to loop back to where you started or walk on to a place you pick, or choose Open to set out with no fixed route at all. Turn on Smart Turnaround within Open and Orbit keeps checking the way back, so you always know when it's time to turn around.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO PASS?

Add stops along the way, and combine as many as you like — a nearby park, a café or pub, landmarks ranked by popularity with pictures to choose from, or search for anywhere you fancy. Orbit shows you the minimum time your stops will add, so you know before you commit whether they fit your goal.

HERE'S YOUR WALK

Orbit keeps searching until it finds a route that actually fits — within a minute of your time, or five percent of your distance — instead of settling for the first loop that's merely close enough. Loops are quicker to generate too, and double back on themselves far less.

TWO MORE WAYS TO WALK

Draw — Sketch a route on the map with your finger and Orbit snaps it to real walkable streets and paths.

History — Pick a favourite walk from your history and Orbit rebuilds it from wherever you're standing today.

Set a weekly time or step goal, plan particular walking sessions or let Orbit automatically count walking activity recorded by Apple Health.

Orbit can also learn when you naturally tend to walk and suggest a walk around the times that already fit your routine.
