With the Order Meal app, you can order anything you like from the best restaurants in New Zealand, just like you normally would. However, this time around, we’ve added some additional features to make your experience even more enjoyable. For instance, you can track what your order status is. That way, you will always know what is happening with your order and whether there are any issues or not. On top of that, you can also see what the estimated time of delivery is so that you know when your order may arrive. I have been on hold for 11 minutes, and STILL on hold while writing this review. I’ve placed an order, been charged but the app tells my order has not been confirmed with the restaurant. A call to the restaurant, I get told no order has been received?! A call to support .. and I get hold music!?!
