Background

Established in 2018, Ordermo was conceived with the idea of having a locally-operated food delivery service in Olongapo and Subic - with a goal of having a hassle-free ordering experience for both customers and merchants. We have since grown bigger and we will always do our best to serve you better!

The name Ordermo is derived from two words: “order” and “mo” (a Filipino term for ‘your/yours’) which translates to “Your Order”.

The name stands out in the Philippines as our culture tend to find it difficult to choose where to eat, what to eat and it is often asked: “Anong order mo?” (What’s your order?)

I tried to be a regular customer, but I’ve had it with this app. You place an order, wait for 30 - 45 minutes or more, and then they just cancel on you. What’s the point? It’s clear that the merchant menus are outdated and not regularly updated. You end up ordering at your own risk, and trust me, the risk isn't worth it. I’ve lost count of how many times I've been left frustrated. This app is especially unreliable for families trying to put food on the table—timing is everything when you have kids to feed.

I really want to support small businesses and love the innovation and local employment this app could bring, but it’s still too inconsistent. The only reliable options are the major fast food chains, and that’s just not good enough. This app needs a serious overhaul, including improved merchant partnerships and transparency of customer ratings, to be worth anyone’s time.

Will consider again after a year or so, that is if competition hasn’t provided a better alternative in our humble province.

Super hassle gamitin ng app na to. Need ka pa nila tawagan bago iconfirm nila sa app order mo. 1st try ko umorder, CANCELLED kase hindi daw ako macontact. Akala ko my fault pero when i checked my phone there was no communication at all, just a text saying my order was cancelled and i would need to input a reachable number next time. Eh okay naman yung number ko working naman.  So i tried reordering and made sure na i was beside my phone and got a good reception, pero wala CANCELLED PARIN kahit wala naman sila tawag or text or kahit ano. Pero ang reason for cancellation nila is "we are trying to reach you". Instead of blaming us for the lack of manpower, be honest!!!!! Is it that hard??? Its father's day! Maiintindihan  namin if kulang kayo sa tao or what not hindi yung you guys are pinning the blame one us!!!!! Live chat support does nit help at all, waited 10 mins for a reply!!!! Auto uninstall. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Residing in Bataan, Sobrang hassle gamitin nung app, laging wala rider available, Sobrang mahal nung delivery fee Kahit malapit lang yung pinag orderan, Hindi din tama yung menu price nung product sa actual product pati kung baga dun palang pinapatungan din yung products na inorder mo. Your app doesn’t have an option to filter restaurants that are close to our area, we are from hermosa and restaurants showing on the app are from olongapo, lubao or floridablanca which we can’t obviously order due to distance. Merchants also cancel very frequently and refunds from card or gcash takes time. At least show restaurants that are available on our area first. Interface is not very user friendly.
