This is very difficult! No starting out slow to learn the moves or instruction!
Great Workout
My knee, hips and lower back are full of arthritis but I really enjoy doing these dances!! There are a few moves that are physically impossible for me but I repeat an old one for the things I can not do! 64 and I’m having a blast!!!!
Disappointed
I love to dance and have done other dance workouts and was really looking forward to organic dance and found it very hard to follow, no consistency with the routine so you could follow.

Hi there, I just completed the first workout. It did not do both sides of the body and went from standing to floor to standing positions without warning or transition. You can DEFINITELY do better. Keep in mind we are not all 20 and can bounce from floor to standing quickly. I did find the pause butyon but perhaps you can put all standing positions together and then a transition back roll into a seated position to do those exercises?
SCAM
No matter your results in the test, once the payment is made, the program offered does not correspond to what is promised. The choice of dances is not only limited, but also repetitive, making the experience monotonous and not very rewarding. The videos provided are of poor quality, difficult to follow, and the rhythm of music is often lost, especially during close -ups, which spoils any attempt to follow the movements correctly. The worst part in all this is the impossibility of being reimbursed, despite an implicit promise of satisfaction or reimbursement. They take refuge behind the fact that you gave your agreement for payment, without taking customer satisfaction into account. In summary, this application is a big scam. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Dont waste your money
The dance exercises are very basic and steps keeps repeating! They dont offer trial and dont offer refund. There are lots of better dance excercises in Youtube that are free and better than what they are offering!
Turn on your own music and dance
No trial subscription option so in order to trial you have to spend 25.00. Save yourself the money. I tried and cancelled renewal immediately. It’s a great idea but poorly put together.

There should be a 7 day free trial to see if you enjoy the app. 24.99 for 1 week to see if you like the app is a bit steep and some people are unable to afford it in the current economy.

Please do not subscribe to any plans from this app. They keep charging me even 2 years after I have cancelled my subscription
