They are a huge scam - charge you before you even sign up - no access to the app even after you've been charged. No customer service - it's a bot that keeps saying they'll respond via email to no avail. They keep charging me and I cannot cancel. My bank cannot refund me unless I report fraud and cancel my card.
She repeatedly say “repeat after me’ - this is logical, why say it? The whole purpose of this is to follow the instructor. She does not say what the steps are - for instance the next step to follow is the “Grapevine” There is no teaching of the basic steps so you just follow along, stumbling over your own feet because there is no indication of the steps to follow.
Hi i bought this for one month and i see that i am being charged without even starting using it. Also i want to cancel the subscription (for which i did not agree) but i can not follow the instructions given
I bought subscription for half of year from adds in instagram but after I paid and got app i can’t start because it propose to me to pay again and don’t have another options to proceed! I tried to delete up and go again but the same! If you will not help me to fix the problem now I will decide you are scammers and apple to take my money back
You just charge me without my permission! I have cancelled this app but you still charging me!
I signed up for a 3 month subscription 7.80 usd and I realized yesterday that they had automatically renewed twice (every 3 months) charging each time more than 6 times the amount (52,51 usd) so I had paid a total of 105 usd without my consent! I am still waiting for a refund!!!

I don’t know yet whether this is a scam however I can assure you that it is not right to pay for a month and automatically tend to subscribe you for ever. You can all go to settings manage subscription and cancel and take a screenshot to be on the safe side
