Hello this is Deniz, unfortunately the content of the workouts was not helpful for me since the preparation and execution part of the moves are so fast in my opinion. Can I get a full refund please?

The worst app ever. It’a lie
I paid for a month and created my account to start immediately. However, I discovered that all the programs have the same basic, kindergarten-level exercises, which is misleading. I can provide pictures as proof. Do not pay for this service—once you do, they stop responding. Within three minutes of using the app, I requested a refund, but they ignored me. I will continue to share my feedback because this is deceitful.
Aplicatia nu functioneaza binr
Aplicatia e deficil de utilizat, iar la exercitii se sare repede de la unul la altul si nu se fac alternativ cu ambele parti ale corpului. Reclama multa si aplicatie costisitoare. In anuntul de promovare se prezenta alta interfata a aplicației. Nu sunt multumita!
It’s SPAM!
it's spam, they took my money on two different programs. I chose one, but I can't connect, and the second one, they took the money from my account without any questions. I try to write to them, but no one answers.
Too rushed, timing is not properly adjusted
Not enough time to adjust the position for the next exercise. Everything is too rushed. Annoying notifications from the app during practice.
Workout review
I could have used a longer time in between exercises, to adjust and get into position. Also, the verbal description of body posture of each exercise should come before the actual exercise, not during the allocated time to actually perform it. I had 30 seconds for each exercise, but I feel that on most of them, for the first 10-15 seconds I didn’t really work much, just tried to get into position.

The application doesn’t work at all, I paid for the subscription and it doesn’t work on ios as it says. I’m going to do all the legal procedures to get my money back

This app is f useless, after one day of use, it’s not loading anymore and I paid the subscription as well, so annoying. I don't recommend it.
