Orient Smart

The back” and “rename” buttons are not clickable on iPhone 14 Pro Max because the masthead image keeps overlapping these buttons. The developers did a poor job and released this app without testing on different screen sizes. Without renaming the fan, it is difficult to control using voice assistant.

The back button and rename icon are being obstructed/overlapped by the 'Power' section image at the top, making them unclickable. Please test the app on an iPhone 14 Pro Plus screen to ensure this issue is found and to be fixed. Additionally, I have five fans, and it's challenging to identify which one I am controlling if I cannot rename them by room name.

I have a suggestion for the developers and that is to add widgets of the app on the homescreen and/or in the control center. We would be able to control our smart devices via those. It would be an awesome feature to have.

I have orient i-tome smart fan with IoT. Fully satisfied and happy with this product. One suggestion and enhancement could be to include siri option within the app, this will make life more easier.

We have how to connect option only for one type of remote. For my model I-Tome Smart we don’t have instructions.

Its very good n useful application but sometime it is shows all units offline mode then i have to register again all my devices!!!!

After just short of two years usage the fan started malfunctioning with connectivity issue. It comes ON erratically and then for hours goes dead. The issue has not been addressed by a company engineer so far.

This fan is so user friendly and works amazingly well. All it gives is air but does it’s job the best.
