Gives error code 0014 sometimes, it deleted my actual account without my knowledge

I have been in Banking 45 years and just retired this year in September from Wells Fargo. I thought Wells Fargo had the best online, but Origin’s is Awesome. The ease of use is right on. Love

Chat bot is not user friendly and is difficult to connect to a person.

I’ve had trouble logging into the app for years. Repeatedly I’ve asked for help and each time I’m told I need to verify my identity. Doing so never results in the app consistently working for me though. Today I attempted logging in 3 times. The first and third time I received an error message, the second time it worked. I’m able to log in without problems on the website so this issue is specific to the app. I have done all the troubleshooting steps I’ve been told to do and it never helps. I believe this could be an issue with the app itself rather than my phone.
