## Orion Portfolio Solutions Reviews in United States

### *---- "This app NEVER works"
This is very very unbelievable - multi million dollar firm that can’t get an app to work. I’m considering closing my account. If they can’t manage an app or have the right people to correct a problem that’s existed for well over a year, how can we rely on them not dropping the ball on the money management aspect of their business as well.

### ***** "Works great!"
I was quickly able to login and all my accounts are there with correct information. I like how this app breaks down the investments by the mandates/strategist rather than the way TD Ameritrade just shows a ton of ticker symbols. I think this is more streamlined.
-- Steveho1572, 2019-07-31

### *---- "Won’t work"
Just purchased an iPad Pro 10.5
App opens for 2 seconds and closes.
Unbelievable
-- allan811, 2019-04-06

### *---- "12.1 issues"
I have an iPhone XR and this app worked on my iPhone 7 with iOS 12.1.2 now I have 12.1.3 on the XR and the app won’t load. Please revise the app.
-- rwilli33, 2019-01-29

### ***-- "Needs work"
App worked for what I needed until a phone upgrade. Now it doesn’t launch.
-- jparsons9, 2018-10-26

### ****- "New User"
Just opened for the first time with IOS 11.3, everything works fine. Seems like an overly simple Ap though. But so is their website.
-- Capt FRM, 2018-05-19

### *---- "Terrible integration"
FTJ has terrible integration with all other financial apps. FTJ does now allow access when trying to login.
-- ray_dawg, 2018-05-01

### ***-- "Crashes with new iOS"
Ever since I updated to the latest iOS, the app won’t open...before then, it worked fine.
-- Roverjeep, 2018-02-11

### *---- "Pretty lackluster app"
A financial institution should have something better than this. Makes you wonder if they’re other tech (security) is up to spec.
-- JazzyBilly312, 2017-12-09

### *---- "Not working"
It’s not showing any of my account balances. Straight up has ZERO as figure. When I know that’s wrong there are funds. Pretty sad actually. They need to fix this crap ASAP
