Excellent banking app overall. Easy to navigate, quick mobile deposits, fast transfers, and the balance updates are reliable. The app makes everyday banking simple without unnecessary clutter. I especially like the security features and how smooth bill pay and card controls work. Customer service through the credit union has also been responsive when needed. A few minor improvements could be made to loading speed, pay a person is on the low end compared to other banking apps and budgeting tools, but overall this is one of the better financial apps I’ve used. Solid 4/5 experience.”

The app states that it does not collect any information. Yet the actual privacy statement on the website states “ORNL Federal Credit Union’s online app vendor collects, transmits, and uses Precise Location and Coarse Location. This information is collected to store Visit Information, like the latitude and longitude of the user where the event occurred.”

I specifically opened a bank account here due to me liking the app privacy. This is a big let down and misleading.
