First of all I was lucky to have taken live classes with Or and train with her when I lived in NYC. Since I moved, I’ve had to explore other fitness options: apps and gyms. I am beyond excited that I can train with Or again!! She is very knowledgeable and offers a variety of workouts. I love mixing in a barre class at least once a week to supplement the strength and conditioning. And wait she also included mobility, stretching, and meditation. All so so important to our wellbeing. This is the app I’ve been needing in my life!

I have trained with Or for the past few years, and she has completely transformed my fitness journey. Or is uniquely gifted in the energy she brings to each session and her ability to make you feel connected through a screen. Each class is extremely challenging, rewarding, and not to mention convenient with all of the on demand options. One of my favorite things about the app is the confidence it has given me to lift on my own at the gym. The programming is clear to follow, and it is evident how much effort has gone into each session. This app is great for anyone looking for fitness to truly get excited about (and get results!) and be part of the amazing Orriors community.

I have been lucky enough to train with Or for almost 9 (!) years now and I am beyond excited that this app has launched! Or is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and about working with people through injuries and limitations. When I started with her nine years ago I was recovering from a year of limited mobility and chronic pain due to a herniated disc in my lower back. She took the time to consult others and seek out opportunities to learn more about my specific injury as she worked with me. Within a year I was doing proper squats with a rack, and I completely credit my push ups and deadlifts to her. Her classes are SO challenging but she makes them fun - loving the Programs she has built into the app and excited to keep taking both her live and on demand classes!
