ORT On Demand is Ozark Regional Transit Authority’s new on-demand ride sharing service that offers door to door trips within designated city zones of Northwest Arkansas.

Traveling within Rogers, Bentonville, and East Fayetteville has never been easier, as ORT On Demand is an app based ride service that’s smart, simple, and affordable. 

With a few quick taps, book an on-demand ride in the app and our technology will connect you with a ride headed your way. 

How it works:
- Book a ride on your phone.
- Get picked up at your requested address.
- Share your ride with others.

What we’re about:
IMMEDIATE
Our App will have a driver outside your door within 30 minutes of your confirmed reservation to take you to your requested destination. 

AFFORDABLE.
Each ride on ORT On-Demand has zero fare! At no cost to you, ride quickly and affordably around each of our unique service zones in Rogers, Bentonville, and East Fayetteville. 

SUSTAINABLE.
Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make your city a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride.

I always feel safe when I ride on the ORT bus. I feel like the drivers put safety first! This is comforting to me because I have had traumatic motor vehicles accidents which has caused me to have PTSD. I do not worry as much when I ride the ORT bus. The drivers are kind & the buses are clean & comfortable to ride in. Thank you Ouachita Regional Transit!

Small town with small minded city planning capabilities. Them trying to put together a proper transit system is going to take some time. They have no idea what they are doing.

Lately, I’ve been riding this specific route with awesome driver Mike T! My car broke down & I was freaking out (how am I going to make it work?)! Great question..but I googled the route from my apt complex to work but my work is out of the zone. Luckily, I was able to see the closest pick/drop off point next to my job! Literally next to it, barely on the edge of the zone! Thank you ORT for this opportunity to share a ride with others & for Mike T! You guys are awesome :)

This app is horrible. It frequently experiences “high volume requests” and you can never put your request in and when it does work the bud always takes over 30 minutes! And now it’s giving me wrong pickup destinations and when I arrive there it shows up at a completely different location and they cancel on me horrible!!

countless times that it gives the high demand note, which to me can be understanding but if it has the on demand as the title on the app it’s absolutely unreasonable for it be included.😀

You can try for an hour trying to get a seat on a bus & they’ll still tell you there’s no “availability” even tho all the times I’ve been on the bus it’s always been either just me or me & someone else. Where does the “no availability” part play in it when there’s still quite a few empty seats?? There’s no point in using this guys🤷🏻‍♂️

Whenever I try to ask for a ride it says that the time that I have selected is not available. They don’t give an option to choose a time. I tried at different times of the day and still got the message.

At 5:40 p.m I try to get transport to hunt tower so I can catch bus 490 to NWACC it kept saying that it was in high demand. I needed to be there at 6:20 yet for 30 min it kept telling me that the seats were full. This happens more often than I expected. Every time I get on the transit, it’s either jus me or me and someone else on there are no more people on the bus.
