Openscape Contact Center Remote Assistant ist hierfür die Lösung.
Openscape Contact Center Remote Assistant bietet Agenten die Möglichkeit auf eine neue Art zu arbeiten - von überall aus mit einem iPhone oder iPad.
Diese Möglichkeiten haben Sie:
• Wählen Sie das Telefon aus, auf dem Sie eingehende Openscape Contact Center Anrufe bekommen wollen (iPhone, Handy, Smartphone, Büro, zu Hause, etc.) 
• Ändern Sie Ihren Routing-Status (z.B. aus ‚nicht verfügbar‘ auf ‚verfügbar‘)
• Detaillierte Kontaktinformationen für eingehende Anrufe wie Quelle, Ziel, Warteschlange, usw. werden angezeigt
• Sehen Sie sich den Echtzeit-Status Ihrer Kollegen an
• Greifen Sie auf Warteschlangen-Statistiken zu wie die Anzahl der wartenden Kontakte, Verfügbarkeit, Service Level, Abbruchrate und mehr
