Why every program only lasts 15 mins, so users should start and reset the position of chair every 15 mins?? The chair is the most expensive one among this product line but the app and features were designed too badly. Please add 1 hour program and do not ask to readjust chair position every time when a user starts a new program. PLEASE.

It is generally very extremely user unfriendly . Needs password / location permission to operate it . Excuse me , why is it so important to key in permission every single time … is someone going to steal information about your massage preferences ?! And ur clients are probably older folks who are already not IT savvy . So why make it so difficult for them ?

Hi if possible have a upgrade that can better massage the neck compare to my previous ogawa this uDream don’t give good neck massage ?

The programmed hang & music cut off. Internet connections are fine. This problem reported last year by a user. The programmes still hanging & happening more frequently lately.

Even after I have excluded the shoulder knead from the customized program it keeps doing my shoulders. Please have the developer fix this bug. This chair is literally unable with the shoulder knead. Worst of all I cannot exclude it. And the whole chair is controlled by this app, what can I do!

Please include a widget and allow us to have a shortcut set up. Eg a fast click button to start programme beauty. elderly find it a hassle to select many buttons just to get to the program they want. If it have a widget for Home Screen will be useful. Also would like to have a history of the past massages done and type preferably a summary page in a month calendar view.

The chair disconnects and shuts down halfway through the massage. I tried turning on and off the chair and reconnecting my phone but nothing works. Please fix this problem

More can be done with the app. I do hope the following can be taken into consideration. Option to keep screen awake/on while massaging so as to see what massage areas it’s currently at. Option to keep screen on with relaxing screen saver and time left for massage. Option to extend longer than 15 mins massaging session. Option to remember shoulder position. Add ability to calibrate and remember positions of body areas like head, shoulder, etc. Fix calf massage to not activate when chair is returning to reset position or at the end of massage session. Currently option is OFF but still activates on certain condition. Option to delay massage commencement so we can put our hand into the massage slot. Option to delay when unpausing same purpose as (7). Option to pause/play/next own music from Apple Music or Spotify within the OSIM app. Siri voice activation for like pausing the massage to put hand in to massage and other hands free options. Add option to auto connect Bluetooth speaker. Add button in app to disconnect from UDream so next family member can use. Allow multiple profile in one app with easy switching of profile so we can just use one iPad. Allow changing of language in the app for use with multi profile. Easier for old folks. Bluetooth still disconnects occasionally and will not reconnect.

No updates on new massage programmes for the past few months Otherwise a good massage chair
