APP 突然不能使用

The app’s user experience is mediocre. What’s worse is OSIM’s customer service and aftersales. They played tricks to take away our product warranty and denied our right to access proper guidance to safely install and use the product. They even asked for more money when we simply asked for more product information and instructions. For a company with their positioning and pricing, it sure feels like we got scammed.

Ipad用唔到 一開就彈app

Still Pop-up to require update the app mandatory after the updating. Then flash out and make my iPad to reboot and reboot

When I use it it hurts even for me, when I turn it down it feels the same

It’s the most stupid app I’ve ever seen

App frequently freezes when putting chair in an upright position. And connection through Bluetooth is erratic. Disappointing. I have Udivachair. I get an error message Code18.

I deleted the app straight away when I notice the need to download data of 1.8gb, How on earth do you need almost 2 Gb storage on phone for a massage chair app, been using osim chair for years, but now I am seriously switching to other brands that comes with a screen , instead of stupid useless app. You guys have seriously problem with app developments.
