Downloads unavailable in Airplane mode
I downloads videos to watch when I’m on the plane. This currently doesn’t work, defeating the purpose of allowing downloads. Please fix.
Great Content, Technical Issues Need Attention
I really appreciate the medical content provided by this app; the knowledge it offers and its presentation style are outstanding. However, I'm encountering several technical issues. For instance, when I minimize the app and then reopen it, or when it runs in the background for a while, the screen often turns black and fails to play videos. Additionally, videos frequently don’t load, just showing a loading icon indefinitely. Due to these problems, I find myself using the website via Safari, which works flawlessly. It's also worth noting that the app seems underdeveloped compared to the website. I hope this feedback can help improve the app, as it really has great potential.
Excellent resource but some bugs
I rely on using this for preparation before lectures (PA Student) but it doesn’t load videos very well off of WiFi and searching for videos doesn’t bring up the most relevant results. Sometimes I start typing out a word and it changes video results as I type with very odd results and some videos I want to watch but when I write the whole work that video isn’t part of the results.
App version is HORRIBLE
Glitches CONSTANTLY. Sometimes just keeps trying to replay a video over and over again, while I’m trying to search for another topic or play a different video or do flashcards. It just repeatedly starts trying to play the same video over and over again. Also will randomly start a video over at the beginning when I’m in the middle of it. Lots of other glitches too.
Doesn’t have the college I assist
I tried to open an account with the app, but it did not have my college listed for selection. I was unable to register and use the app.
