Content wise, OSN+ plus is very solid; a wide range of award winning tv shows and timeless classics. My problem however is with the app. The app is outright bad, lots of bugs and lags. I’ve been using OSN+ for over a month now and here are some of the problems I have faced with the smart tv app. 1. Constant error messages while watching something. Which has meant that I needed to exit what I’m watching and start over 2. For some reason keeps logging me out every couple of days 3. Log in is not synced with the mobile app via QR code (only sign up is). The latter is a must have feature for any streaming platform nowadays. 4. When watching a tv show, the app often does not save the last episode watched. It just redirects you to any unfinished episode. This has meant that I needed to manually read episode descriptions to remember what I last watched instead of the app automatically directing me to the most recent episode I was watching. 5. Finally, the app experience itself does not feel seamless. It’s very laggy. Again, OSN+ content is superior to many popular streaming platforms such as Prime. I just think that the app needs some serious fixing. It pains me to say that I’ve had a better experience on the Watch it platform. Really do hope that someone sees my comments and addresses them.
I keep getting this message of ‘error loading app, restart app’. I have not even logged in! Customer care is terrible- they asked me for lots of information-app version, device, speedtest results, username login( even though I never managed to login), etc. The app is clearly malfunctioning but they’re trying to blame my device, speed, ip,etc. They cannot help but we are still paying for the terrible app! Update: it’s been 3 weeks now, error still exists and customer service still asking me for more info including my account password! I never logged in to newly installed app. Problem not resolved.
When it works its good, however it crashes alot
Kindly I have a problem , when I open the app I get a message ( sorry there is a problem loading the app try again) , and I was trying many times from yesterday, I live in Canada , is there a problem with that ?
Dear developers, in regard OSN Apple TV app, unfortunately after latest update where Disney+ has been removed, the player doesn’t disappear after hitting the play button and remains on screen - the only work around is to stream from iPhone or the iPad via AirPlay which is really disappointing, would you kindly fix this issue!
It is good to have Disney+, but what if i want to download for offline viewing. Maybe to watch while travelling in the car, in the plane… What about the cast? Still not available?
The most recent update on the phone and TV apps sent this application back several years. Can’t find history of what I watched, doesn’t keep track where I stopped watching an episode, search function is horrendously cumbersome, no chromcast, basically everything that can go wrong about this update went wrong!
So disappointed that the latest update no longer has the casting feature for chromecast. Considering ending my subscription if it is a permanent decision because it is useless to me without it (I tried several iOS devices) It’s been 2 weeks and still no update
There isn’t a cast button on OSN App anymore. :(
