Very frustrating experience when casting on TV, it keeps loading and no buttons work!

I canceled my subscription few minutes after subscribing with lousy streaming service as it’s so broken that it didn’t allow me to log in my account on OSN+ app on TV even though I tried a lot by scanning QR code and clicking on generated link which by the way didn’t do anything other then launching OSN app on my mobile also login in my account through browser but as expected it didn’t also work as after I typed my email, it didn’t show me any windows to type the code I received in mail and just gave me a blank page with OSN logo on it and now I very frustrated by such poor service and I will never ever reconsider subscribing again after this one month I unfortunately paid for.

i dont know what happened but all the streams are being interrupted alot with loading screens

Resolution is very bad, application keep logging out with no reason. Very poor setup compared to other streaming apps

I’m not complaining, this is one of the worst streaming services a I’ve ever used, anghami didn’t do the app any good I’m afraid.

You shouldn’t force your customers to upgrade or else you overwhelm us with ads about anghami plus and not even allowing the show or the movie play after the ad this is horrible and I’ve never seen it in any other streaming service you guys should do better.

I didn’t know I would find such prolific collection of movies and TV series and other programs. I only recommend to add more Arabic movies in the near future

I can’t believe that you are making me pay money to watch UNSKIPPABLE ads i had to watch 3 ads each one is almost half a minute in a 20 minute episode that’s ridiculous!! and if i want to remove ads i gotta upgrade and pay DOUBLE the amount, while the original plan is not cheap in the first place, it’s the average subscription fee for streaming services WITHOUT ads of course I don’t know what happened to osn+

Fix it or I am cancelling subscription.
